Registration

Conference passes are available in the following categories: Regular (750 EUR, until 31 March 2026), Student (625 EUR), and Last Minute (850 EUR, from 1 April 2026).

Registration closes 30 April 2026

Conference fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Welcome Dinner on Sunday evening
• Lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks throughout the conference
• Attendance at the Conference Dinner at Mendel Abbey, including the Mendel Museum tour and a night tour of the Basilica
• Attendance at the Gala Dinner at the hotel
• Free admission to selected Brno landmarks throughout the conference and the following weekend
• Digital certificate of participation (available upon request)
  
  
• Payments are made by debit/credit card; a payment confirmation and an invoice will be issued automatically.
• Should you require payment via invoice, kindly contact eliska.janickova@ceitec.muni.cz and provide the necessary invoicing details.
• All submitted posters will be accepted for presentation during the Poster Session.
• The organizing team will provide regular feedback on whether a submitted talk has been accepted for presentation at the conference.
• Participants may register now and complete payment once they have been informed of the outcome of their talk submission. In such cases, payment by invoice is recommended.

Cancellation by Participants

• Until 30 April (registration deadline):
  Full refund of the paid conference fee. Bank transfer processing charges are covered by the participant.
• 1 May – 15 May:
  50% refund of the paid conference fee. Bank transfer processing charges are covered by the participant.
• After 15 May:
  No refund, as commitments to venue, catering, and conference services will already be finalized.

Transfer of Registration

• Registrations may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost until 20 May, provided the organizer is notified in writing. 

 No-Show Policy

• Participants who do not attend and do not cancel in advance are not eligible for any refund.

Refund Method

• Refunds cannot be made back to the original payment card. All refunds will be made only by bank transfer to a bank account designated by the participant.
