Poster Session

All submitted posters are accepted for presentation during the Poster Session. You may hang your posters in the dedicated poster room on 31 May between 18:00 and 19:00, or during the registration period the following day. Poster boards will use a clip-board system and are A0 size, vertical orientation. Posters marked in yellow are student posters included in the poster competition.  Please note that printing will not be available on site. 

Poster Session Organization

Poster sessions will take place on Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon and will be conducted in two parts. Presenters are kindly asked to be available during both sessions: 

• Presenters with even-numbered posters: first hour 
• Presenters with odd-numbered posters: second hour
